Pitt-Bradford was named by The Princeton Review as one of 150 Best Value Colleges in America, one of two Pennsylvania public colleges to be recognized.


We graduated our largest class - 342 students - in April 2012.


We welcomed our largest group of new international students this fall at 32.  The students came from China, Gambia, Germany, South Korea, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.


Pitt-Bradford continues to receive accolades.  For the ninth consecutive year, The Princeton Review has recognized Pitt-Bradford as one of the best baccalaureate colleges in the Northeast. And for the fourth consecutive year, G.I. Jobs magazine named Pitt-Bradford a Military Friendly School.


Three student-athletes were named AMCC Players of the Year: soccer player Toby Abdul-Razaq, swimmer Fernando Petrilli, and baseball player Derek Smith.


Students presented their research at the Appalachian Regional Commission in Washington, D.C.


The Athletic Training and Nursing programs were reaccredited by their their respective specialized accrediting associations for the mazimum time periods.


Tamra Minnier, who earned her Associate of Science degree in Nursing in 1981 and is Chief Quality Officer at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, received the 2012 PBAA Alumni Award of Distinction.


Pitt-Bradford launched public phase of the 50 and Beyond capital campaign after raising more than 60 percent of the $17.5 million goal.
